Allan Ray Looney was born on October 31, 1952 in Mena, AR. He was surrounded by loved ones when he went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 19, 2024, at the age of 72.
He was preceeded in death by his mom and dad, William Perry Looney and Dorothy Campbell, brother Alvin Looney, sister Althea Rogers, all from Mena, AR.
He is survived by his wife and love of his life for 43 years, Patricia Briggs Looney and 6 children, Ray (Melissa), Clint (Kristen), Chris (Kelly), Waylon, Willie (Kandi), and Rebecca (Christopher), a beautiful host of grandchildren, along with his sister, Almeda, and brothers, Alton and Alford Lee, as well as many extended family and friends that will miss him dearly.
He was a hard working man and was always dedicated to his family, everything he did was for them. He was in the Army National Guard for 21 years, loved driving big trucks, but also taught his kids life lessons through taking care of clients no matter what time or day while being a propane technician . He was always concerned about his kids and their wellbeing and never put himself before them.
We find comfort in knowing that Dad's legacy lives through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever.
