Ada Inez Forder, 92, of Greenbrier, went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2026. She was born on April 21, 1933, in Greenbrier, AR to the late John and Alice Pearce.

Ada was a fun, adventure seeking spirit who loved to race go-carts; but only against men because the women were too slow. She loved playing in a bowling league for many years, and watching her grandkids play softball into the wee hours of the night. Ada was a member of the Greenbrier Church of Christ. She was a little bit of a bossy thing; in fact, after 11 years the family feels secure in knowing that their Papa finally has someone to tell him what to do again. He used to say; “I haven’t had to make a decision since I asked her to marry me”. Ada was the “Mama” to her little family, and she left a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.

She now joins her husband of 62 years, Ed; her parents; her siblings; and grandson-in-law, Ernie Neal.

Ada is survived by her daughters, Marjorie Dixon and Susan (Michael) Cole; grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Babin, Audreya (Zac) Brown, Aryca (Albert) Hall, and Brittany Neal; great-grandchildren, Jacob Babin, Jamie Babin, Anothony Neal, Nicholas Neal, Madalynn Hall, and Dalton Brown; 4 great-great grandchildren; and her beloved dog, Sadie.

There will be a visitation in her honor on Tuesday, April 7th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
