Amanda Dawn Miller
January 4, 1971 — July 2, 2023
Amanda Dawn Miller, 52, passed away peacefully at home in Greenbrier surrounded by family on Sunday, July 2, 2023, after a battle with cancer. She was born January 4, 1971, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Amanda was a 1989 graduate of Greenbrier High School where she was a member of several athletic teams and numerous clubs and organizations. She continued her education at AR State Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1992 with her LPTN degree. Amanda always enjoyed watching her son and nieces play ball. She loved the beach, listening to music, reading, and tending to her plants and flowers. She had an enormous heart, a wonderful sense of humor, and never met a stranger. The calls and visits during her final weeks of life were a tremendous source of joy, peace, and comfort to her and her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, B.E. Miller III; her paternal grandparents, Bert and Eugenia Miller; and her maternal grandparents, Charles and Jeanne Akers.
She is survived and will be missed greatly by her son, Colt Talley; her mother, Linda Miller; her brother, Jason (Tina) Miller; nieces Payton and Ellison Miller; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, along with many caring friends.
Celebration of Amanda’s life for family and friends will be at 1:00pm on Friday, July 7th, 2023 at Wilcox Funeral Home, 108 North Broadview St., Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058
