Barbara Jean Gaither

Barbara Jean Gaither, 74, of Greenbrier passed away on December 10, 2020. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 12 ,1946 to the late William David Bennett and Lillie Elizabeth Payne Bennett.
She enjoyed fishing at Over Cup Lake and going to Tunica. Barbara had a love for her yorkie dogs, and spending time with family.
She is preceded by her parents, William Bennett and Lillie Duncan; brother, Tyrone Presley of Little Rock, and Ronnie Bennett of Mountain View; two grandsons, Sawyer New of Quitman, and Lance Gaither of Fort Smith.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Miles Ellis Gaither; daughter, Shannon New of Quitman; Doug (Lisa) Stacy of Quitman; step-sons, Delaine (Lesa) Gaither of Greenbrier, Chad Gaither of Heber Springs; grandchildren, Jessica Tackett, Blake Gaither, Paige Gaither, Cody Savoie, Cole Stacy, Nikki Swan, and Seth New; ten great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2020.
Funeral service will be at 10:00am on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home with burial following to Center Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Quitman, Arkansas.
