Bernard Strackbein

Bernard Strackbein 62 of Greenbrier died January 31, 2013. He
was born December 12, 1950 in Breckenridge, Texas to T.A.
Strackbein and Lorene Mitchell Strackbein.  Mr. Strackbein was
of the Baptist faith.  He worked for 38 years at Haynes
Machine Shop in Conway.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Edward
Strackbein.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years Diane Strackbein of
Greenbrier, sons Steve Strackbein and Wife Brenda of Springhill and
Jody Strackbein and wife Amy of Heber Springs. Other survivors
include a brother Joe Strackbein and wife Dicey of Florien,
Louisiana, grandchildren Dianna Strackbein, Audrey Strackbein,
Holden Strackbein, Seth Strackbein, Ashlyn Taylor and Devin Taylor,
along with a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday February 3, 2013 from 2pm to 4pm at
Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral Services will be
1pm Monday February 4, 2013 in Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home Chapel
with Bro. Gaylon King and Bro. Russell Rhoden officiating.
Burial will follow in Pearson Cemetery in Quitman.

Pallbearers will be Gene Neely, Nathan MaComber, Danny McBay,
Luke Dollar, Scott House and Greg Pinkston. Mr. Strackbein's dear
friend Alan Harrison will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
