Billy Dean Mullins, 84, of Greenbrier, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2025. He was born in Conway, Arkansas on October 31, 1941, to James Archibald Mullins and Erma Lee Mobley Mullins.
Billy was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served his country with honor and commitment. A lifelong member of the Nazarene Church, he shared his faith through one of his greatest gifts — his voice. He loved singing in the church choir, often offering solos that touched hearts and filled the sanctuary with grace. His beautiful voice was a blessing to all who heard it.
Billy had a deep love for the simple joys of life. He enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and following nearly every sport he could — rarely missing a game or a race. More than anything, he cherished time spent with his family. Being surrounded by those he loved brought him his greatest happiness.
Known for his warmth, kindness, and the way he made people feel welcomed and valued, Billy touched countless lives throughout the years. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him.
His memory will continue to live on in the stories shared, the songs he sang, and the love he gave so generously.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Archibald and Erma Lee Mobley Harlen; daughter, Chrystal Mullins; brothers, Owen Mullins, James Mullins, and Gerald Mullins; stepfather, Thomas Harlen.
Billy is survived by his loving wife, Hellen Mullins; children, Brian (Christine) Baker, Jeff (Christi) Mullins, Courtney Yarbro, Stephen Mullins; numerous grandchildren; one great grandson and a host of family and friends.
