Billy Paul Whitlow, 70, of Conway, formerly of Plainview, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015. He was born on September 16, 1944, in Plainview, AR, to the late Bill and Pauline (Adair) Whitlow.
He is survived by his daughter, Kelly Turney and husband Billy; grandson, Drew Ellis and wife Ashley; granddaughter, Jordan Hillis; sister, Edith Rush and husband Dan; brother, Tom Whitlow; sister, Melba Whitlow, and numerous other family members and a host of friends.
Please join Kelly, Drew and Jordan for a Celebration of His Life at "Eat My Catfish" on Sunday, June 14, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
