Bonnie Rae Newton

Bonnie Rae Newton 76 of Damascus died January 16, 2012. She was
born August 24, 1935 in Damascus, Arkansas to Vernon Glover and
Dovie M. Hagar Glover. Mrs. Newton was of the Baptist Faith.

She is preceded in death by her father, her husband of 51 years
Doyce Newton, brother George Daniel Glover and nephew Terry
Parnell.

Survivors include her mother Dovie M. Glover of Damascus, sister
Dorothy Reynolds and husband Jackie of Greenbrier and brother Roy
Glover and wife Pat of Conway. Other survivors include nieces and
nephews, Patti Parnell Carlton, Vickie Sturgeon, Gayla Mount, Jerry
Glover and Melissa Glover, great nieces and nephews Ethan Carlton,
Olivia Bates, Alisha Mount, Brandon Sturgeon and sister in law
Joyce Glover.

Visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm Tuesday January 17 at
Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral services will be
10am Wednesday January 18 at Spires Cemetery in Damascus with
Brother Daniel Williams officiating.
