Carl D Tate

Carl D. Tate of Damascus, Arkansas Passed From this life May 2,
2018 at the age of 85 years old. He was born in Horatio, Arkansas
to Jake and Essie Pettigrew Tate. He was married to Wilma
Scritchfield May 22, 1956, He is preceded by his daughter Angela
Carol Tate and his parents. Carl is survived by his wife Wilma
Tate, Son Carl Melvin Tate and wife Sue of guy, Arkansas. 2
grandsons Blake Fisby of Bloomington, Indiana, Matthew Hannibal of
Little Rock, Arkansas. 2 step grand kids Brian and Amber
Jenkins.  3 great grand kids Shaylee, Nyla, and Noah. 3
Sisters, Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends and
relatives.

Carl was ordained in May of 1966 in the Free Will Baptist and
pastored several churches in south Arkansas and some up here.

The funeral service will be held May 5, 2018 at 2:00PM with his
visitation 1 hour prior in the Bishop-Crites Funeral Home Chapel in
Greenbrier. Interment will follow at Fowler Cemetery West of
Damascus on Scratch Gravel Rd.
