He was preceded in death his mother and father, brothers James William England and Melvin Rush England, Jerry Elton England Sisters Catherine Woolford. Son Charles Cecil England Jr,
Is Survived by is wife Connie Ruth England;, Daughters Ethel McGlawn of Higden, Wendy Lewis Davenport, Iowa. and Son Charles Carlton. of Higden, Sisters Amy Elizabeth Rutledge Greers Ferry; Mary DeLeon of Pearland, Texas; Juanita Vanlandingham of Batesville, Mississippi; Brothers Joel England Gautier of Mississippi,; Sidney England of Heber Springs, Donald England of Concord Arkansas and Richard K. England of Quitman, Arkansas, along with a host, of Grand Children and Great Grand Children nieces, nephews, friends and Family. He will be greatly Missed by all who knew him.
