Charles Alvin Phillips, 65, of Pinebluff, passed away on January 29, 2017. Charles was born on July 16, 1951 in Little Rock, AR to James Henry and Joyce Lavada (Henry) Phillips. Charles was a farmer.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Clara Mae Phillips and Brenda Joyce Autry. Charles is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jonnie Marie Phillips, brothers, James Darrell Phillips (Barbie) of Lonoke, AR, Jimmy Dale Phillips (Wanda) of Lonoke, AR, David Lynn Phillips (Peggy) of Pinebluff, AR, John Wayne Phillips (Donna) of Greenbrier, AR, Gerald Don Phillips (Lisa) of Greenbrier, AR, and Gary Lee Phillips (Judy) Mt. Vernon, AR, his children, Charles Anthony Phillips of Pinebluff, AR, James Allen Phillips of Pinebluff, AR, Crystal Gail Strickland (Zach) of Monticello, AR, Rebecca Ann Stephens (Alvin Christopher) of Sheridan, AR, and Lillie Marie Phillips of Sheridan, AR, he is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends .
A memorial service will be held at Bishop Crites Funeral Home, on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at 1:00p.m., with Bro. Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating.
