Dale Alan Blaylock, 62 of Greenbrier, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2023. He was born in Danville, Arkansas on October 26, 1960 to the late Len Everette Blaylock and Melba Winona (Wright) Blaylock.

Dale graduated from Perryville High School in 1979 and began his career as an Arkansas State Trooper in 1987, until he retired in 2018. During that time, he served on the Governor detail team from 2002 to 2014. He loved being around family and friends and adored spending time watching his grandchildren’s sports. Dale was also a talented singer and musician who loved performing for his church and for numerous funerals and weddings. Dale was a loyal member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was active in the food pantry serving the community.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Vickie Lynn (Kirkland) Blaylock; parents Len and Melba Blaylock; brother, David Blaylock.

Dale is survived by his children, Nathan Blaylock of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Heather (Josh) Aich of Greenbrier, Arkansas, and Heath Beaty; grandchildren, Caleb, Aubrie, and Karlee; brothers, Len (Luanne) Blaylock of Maumelle, Arkansas, Melvin (Mary) Blaylock of London, Arkansas; sister, Betty (Mike) Freeze of Little Rock; numerous nieces, nephews and host of family and friends.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 17, 2023 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Service will be at 2:00pm on Monday, July 17, 2023 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Brother Danny Fagala officiating and burial following to Nimrod Cemetery.
