Dalton Lee Handy, 53 of Maumelle, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024. He was born February 23, 1971 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Dalton graduated from Maranatha Baptist Academy. He served as a Nuclear Biological and Chemical Warfare Specialist in the United States Army from 1988-1995, he also was a manufacturing technician at AMD from 1996 to 2006 and was a former field service engineer at KLA-Tencor Corporation from 2006 – 2009. He was an avid gamer, he enjoyed playing any special ops games, and enjoyed his sci fi books every chance he got.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Edna Handy; and siblings, Sarah Garganeous, Nancy Peirce, Mary York, John Handy, Judy Miller, and Jo Bumpass.
Dalton is survived by his siblings, Shayne Brewster, George Handy, Jack Handy, Dot Steelman; mother, Vicki Evans; and a host of family and friends.
Family will have a memorial at a later date.
