Daniel Fred Sue, 73, of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away on May 18, 2023. He was born on January 25, 1950, in Grandbury, Texas to the James Cecil Sue and Dorothy Garringer Sue.
Dan found great joy and accomplishment in his work as he was noted for building several huge buildings in Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee and loved telling stories about the project he had finished and the adventure of moving on to the next. Dan was very active in youth sports, especially football in his youth. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was very instrumental in the rebuild of his home church LifeSong Baptist Church. Dan loved his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Dorothy Sue; loving wife of 40 years, Anita Sue; son, James Daniel Sue; and brother, Earl Wayne Sue.
Dan is survived by his son, Daniel Ray Sue and wife Hillary; sister, Cheryl Ann Sue; grandchildren, Gracie Rae Sue, Kooper Dean, Hendree Dove Kincaid Sue, Allen Dale Sue, Isabelle Sue; sister, Carolyn Lewon Edmiston; sister-in-law, Virginia Lemay Kincaid Henderson and husband Ronnie; niece, Kristy Noel Lawrence; nephews, Jody Smith, Jeremy Edmiston, and Bryan Edmiston; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
Service will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at LifeSong Baptist Church with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating and burial following to Cadron Valley Cemetery.
