Danny Mcnew
January 24, 1965 — September 5, 2024
In loving memory of Danny Keith McNew of Greenbrier, Arkansas born in Heber Springs, Arkansas to parents Bobby Lee McNew and Nancy Ann (Tucker) McNew. Danny departed from this world on September 5, 2024, at the age of 59. He leaves behind a legacy remembered by his family and many friends. In his life here on earth he was a master electrician for his company Central Arkansas Electric for many years. He loved to fish, hunt and scuba dive and had a natural gift at the poker table, but his greatest love was his 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
In the vast expanse of eternity Danny shall find rest cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. As we bid Danny farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Cecil Doyle Tucker and Elna Azell (Spears) Tucker, Eldridge Lee McNew, and Osa Opal (Smith) McNew, his father Bobby Lee McNew, and his life partner of 14 years Teresa Dick. He is survived by his mother Nancy Ann McNew; his children Chris McNew (Katie), Brandi McNew (Mike), and Kimberly McNew, as well as his grandchildren Heather, Ava, and Mila. He is also survived by his brothers Michael McNew (Teresa), Randy McNew (Regina), Terry McNew (Ladona), and Ronnie McNew (Janice), as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and other extended family members.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 12th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Bono Baptist Church (414 Hwy 285 N & Burkett Flat Rd, Greenbrier, AR 72058).
