Donald Ray England Sr., 65, of Concord, Arkansas passed away on July 23, 2021. He was born in Isola, Mississippi on November 6, 1955 to James Elmo England and Dellie Corine Rush England.
Don took care of his loving wife, Cora of 46 years and he was the love of her life, she will never love another like him. He retired after 20 years of driving from Walmart. Don serviced the Lord as an assistant pastor with Brother Tim Reynolds at the United Pentecostal Church in Higden. He was an amazing husband, father, papaw and will be missed by everyone.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Elmo and Dellie Corine England; siblings, James William England, Charles Cecil England, Catherine Elizabeth Wolford, Melvin “Sonny” England and Jerry Elton England.
Don is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cora Bernell Watford-England; children, April (Edward) Midget and Donnie (Lendy) England; grandchildren, Maghin (Colton) Bolser, Gage (Stephanie) England, Meghan (Caleb) Freeman, Mason, Sarah, Jake, Briggs, Laynie; great grandchildren, Nakita, Casen; sisters, Amy Elizabeth Rutledge, Mary (Fidel) DeLeon, Juanita (Roger) Vanlandingham; brothers, Joel England, Sidney England, and Richard (Jan) England; numerous nieces, nephews, extended Walmart family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at United Pentecostal Church in Higden with Brother Tim Reynolds officiating and burial following to Higden McLehaney Cemetery.
