Dorotha Paulette Ball Profile Photo
Dorotha Paulette Ball, 81, of Greenbrier, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on March 16, 2025. She was born on January 25, 1944, in Conway, Arkansas to the late Jesse and Alva (Palmer) Brown. Paulette, as she wanted to be known, loved the Lord and lived her life as a reflection of her relationship with the Lord. She loved people, welcoming them in and making them feel like they were her own family. Paulette loved people the way that Jesus loves people. Whether it was cleaning the Church of the Nazarene in Greenbrier, babysitting, or playing the piano and organ at Victory Baptist Church in Conway where she was a member, she did it all for the glory of God.

Paulette loved her family and was very proud of all her sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. At every opportunity, she would share what they were doing, how much she loved them, and how proud she was – especially her grandchildren. When it came to her grandchildren, every day that she got to spend with them was the best day ever for both them and for her.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Jesse and Alva Brown; brothers, Jim Brown and George Brown; sister, Judy O’Quinn; grandson, Brenden Ball; sister-in-law, Sandra Brown; and brother-in-law, Jim O’Quinn.

Paulette is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Victor Ball; four sons, Victor Herbert (Satina) Ball Jr., Jesse Lewis (Dana) Ball, Gordon H. (Melissa) Ball, Richard P. (Chrystal) Ball; grandchildren, Braden Ball, Brylen Ball, Peyton Ball, Emma Ball, Alexis Ball, Derek Ball, Ethan Ball, Logan Ball, Jonathan Ball; sister-in-law Sherry Brown; best friends, Connie Ferguson, Cliff Ferguson; Kaitlyn Fulton, and Amy Shumaker; and a host of nieces, nephews, “adopted” grandchildren, and friends.
