Easton Gray Squires

The measure of life is not in years or outward appearance, but in the heart. Easton’s life is infinite, immense, and irreplaceable.

Easton Gray Squires of Conway, Arkansas, passed away on July 27, 2026. This sudden loss has left a veil of profound sadness upon those who were blessed to be among his family and friends. Easton was only 24 years of age.

Easton was born on May 6, 2002, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He entered the world being fearfully and wonderfully made. Soon he would know this in his small but mighty spirit and would demonstrate it by wearing a superhero cape any chance he could. Easton was not made to be ordinary, for he truly was a superhero to many.

Being a lifelong learner, Easton was known to absorb facts and figures related to the many things that interested him. He would often share his love of history, philosophy, religion, basketball, movies, food, and especially music. Easton found great joy in listening to all types of music and studied every element and nuance of the instrumentation and lyrics.

Easton lived a life marked by tenderness, kindness, and compassion. With a servant’s heart, he longed for every person to be protected and live with genuine joy. Despite the challenges he faced in this world, remembering Easton’s heart will be our great honor. Through his example, we learn what it means to be anchored with a deep belief, to be reverent to those around us, and to always be ready with a funny observation.

Easton graduated from Conway High School and studied engineering at the University of Central Arkansas where he aspired to be a light and friend to those around him.

Easton is survived by his father, Jason Squires, mother, Julie Sellers, stepfather, Brett Sellers, sisters, Grayson Squires, Alexa Squires, Laney Sellers, and Haven Sellers, grandparents, Pete and Kitty Squires, Karen Gray, and John and Sherry Sellers, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Easton especially loved his new niece, Wrenley Roper. Easton was preceded in death by this grandfather, Bert Gray.

Visitation and service will be held on August 1, 2026, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Visitation will begin at 10:00 and service at 11:00, with graveside following at Holland Cemetery in Damascus. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Easton’s life.

We will tightly embrace the memories of his genuine smile and sound of his feet, but mostly the devotion in his heart. We love you, Easton, forever and always, fly high.
