Emmett Mashburn

Emmett Mashburn, 78, of Manila, Arkansas, walked into the Bayous of Heaven on March 2, 2024. He was born on September 5, 1945, to Mack and Lavola Mashburn.
Emmett was a painter, loved music, hot rods, and loved to work. He loved his grandkids most of all.
He is preceded in death by; his parents; his wife of 40 years, Shirley; and two brothers.
Emmett was survived by his children, Angela (Tony) Brighter, Tammeria Denton, Jimmy (Tina) Goforth, and Timothy Goforth; seven grandkids, eighteen great grandkids; and two great – great grandkids; his sister, Lavern; and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at 2:00 pm, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
