Finnley Ellen Martin

Finnley Ellen Martin passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2026 blanketed by the love of her parents.

She was born November 13, 2024 in Conway, Arkansas to parents Chris and Megan Martin.

She is proceeded in death by her grandmothers June Lynn and Gayle Russell, and her cousin, Kayce Robbins.

Finnley is survived by both parents; her three sisters, Raegan Thompson, Evie Martin and Bradley Gayle Martin; grandparents, Kelly Waltrip and Keith Davis, Robert and Tracy Martin, Jeff Thompson, and Marie and Frank Wattman; great-grandparents Barbara and Duncan Howe and Doyle Russell; as well as host of aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

To know Finnley was to love her. Her infectious smile and huge personality made it impossible not to. She loved to dance. She would dance to anything but “Party in the USA” was her favorite. She lived for side by side rides around her family farm and seeing her cows. She liked guacamole and loved the ocean, holding hands and being with her family —especially her sisters. She was a daddy’s girl up until the very end.

Finnley was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer that is most prevalent in children under the age of 3 in August of 2025. She underwent 2 separate brain surgeries, 6 rounds of chemo, and 3 stem cell transplants at Arkansas Children’s Hospital where her 4k family loved on her and took excellent care of her. And she smiled and danced her way through the entire thing like the strong little warrior that she was.

All those who cheered, supported and prayed for her made the last year of fighting bearable. No one wants to be in the trenches alone, and she had an entire army behind her. That means everything.

Though her time on earth was short, she touched the lives of everyone that she came into contact with. She was a bright spot in the lives of so many and will be missed beyond measure.

Visitation will be from 1 pm to 2 pm on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at Wilcox Funeral Home.

The Memorial Service will be at 2 pm Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at Wilcox Funeral Home.

The family requests than in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either Arkansas Children’s Hospital or Hope4atrt.
