Ms. Flora Jean Foster transitioned rejoicing and praising GOD on March 4, 2024, following a long illness. She was born June 19, 1963 to proud parents, Ms. Clara Mae Rand and Mr. Curtis Ham in Elaine, Arkansas. Ms. Foster confessed her life to Christ at a very early age.
On January 23, 2014 Flora started her journey in Greenbrier, Arkansas with Mark and Linda Miller. She found enjoyment in listening and singing gospel music, visiting with loved ones, watching WWE, Football and Westerns.
She was proceeded in death by her loving parents Ms. Clara Mae Rand and Mr. Curtis Ham, sister: Mrs. T-Ethel Morant, brother: Mr. Add Rand, two nieces: Ms. Sherry Morant and Ms. Rita Morant, one nephew: Mr. Marcel Tye including several aunts, uncle, great nieces and nephews.
Ms. Foster is survived by sisters: Ms. Mary Burrell and Geraldine Rand of Milwaukee, WI; Mrs. Louvern Tye (LC) of Harvey, IL; Mrs. Gloria Tye (James) of Helena, AR; Ms. Ella Rand of Conway, AR; Mrs. Linda Miller (Mark) of Greenbrier, AR; one brother Mr. Darnell Rand (Trice) of Racine, WI. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including special friends: Ms. Renee Powell, Ms. Brenda Robison, Peggie Miller and Ms. Delois Ellington.
