Foster Eugene Garner 59 of Jacksonville Arkansas went to be with his lord April 17, 2016. Born August 27, 1956 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Raymond Garner and Goldia Liles Garner. Foster worked in fabrication for Custom Aircraft Cabinets.
Preceded in death by his father Raymond Garner and mother Goldia Liles Garner.
Survivors are Daughters Jennifer Platson of Conway Arkansas, and Jessica Vance of Joy Arkansas, brothers Andy Garner of Scott Ar. And William Cook of Shirley Arkansas, and six Grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be 5pm Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Bishop-Crites Funeral Home with Brother
