Frances Picone, 87 died January 13, 2012 in Conway at Heritage
Living Center. Mrs. Picone was a resident of South San Francisco,
California, and of the Methodist Faith. She was born October 4,
1924 in Dallas, Texas to Arthur W. Skelton and Birdie Witherspoon
Skelton.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 20
years Joseph Picone.
Survivors include son Rick Collins and wife Verda of Conway,
step-daughter Sandy Murry of Granite Bay, California and sister
Sarah Belt of Springfield, Missouri. Other survivors include
granddaughters Katie Collins and Kelcey Collins both of Conway,
along with a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
