Welcoming his son to heaven was his father, Vernon Jackson Rowe. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Black; step father, Dean Davis; brother, Sidney Parish; step brothers, Ricky and Edward Black; sisters, Patricia Arnold, Shauna Martinez, Kenna Haley, Jacki Gedney, and Kim Maclin; and many nieces, nephews and cousins that he cherished deeply.
Dennis is our brother, best friend, the guy we called on whenever we needed anything. He was a happy and caring person to all he came across. He enjoyed working on old classic cars. From replacing the engine to firing her over with fuel from an old beer can. Repairing the body work then spraying on a fresh coat of paint.
