Guy Dean Morales
December 17, 1963 — June 10, 2020
Born December 17, 1963 in Gary, IN made his heavenly journey at 11:29am June 10, 2020. Guy is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 35 years, Tammy. Guy and Tammy met and fell in love in the sixth grade. After both of them had moved away and back again, Guy told her he was going to marry her; they wed on December 24, 1984.
Also surviving are Guy’s children: Derrick Cowger, Desiree (Donald) Cleary, and Del/Cody Morales; his beloved grandchildren: Isaiah Cowger (18), Paul Cleary (17), Arianna Cowger (14), Melynnie Cleary (13), Dominic Cowger (13), Olivia Cleary (12), Rhett Cleary (10), Gage Morales (9), Natalia Morales (8); his exchange daughter Natália Franco of Brazil, and numerous other “adopted” children who called him “Dad”; half-siblings Gino and Gina Gamino; a sister Denise Morales; several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces; “Brothers” Randy Purcell, Jeff Keeling, Kelly Calhoun, Todd Morris and too many other close friends to list.
Guy is welcomed into heaven by his parents Del Agripino & Martha Jeanne Morales, sisters Lynn Gilbert and Tanya Rivera, and exchange daughter Tatiana Franco.
Anyone who knew Guy knew that he had an incredibly big heart and never met a stranger- if he did, you wouldn’t know because he would talk for hours! He was a doting Dad and PaPa G, always telling others how proud he was of his family. He will be deeply missed by many.
A lover of dirt track racing, Guy was overjoyed to watch his sons race. As he earned the checkered flag in heaven, his family will celebrate his life in the grand stands of earth. Details for his victory lap celebration will follow at a later time.
