Harry Laron Temple, 69 of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020. He was born in Monticello, Arkansas on March 31, 1950 to James Doyle Temple and Leola McMahon Temple.
Harry was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. A veteran of the Army National Guard, he was retired from Kroger after 35 years of service. Harry’s hobbies included classic car restoration, camping, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a member of the Arkansas Patriot Guard.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Leola Temple; and one brother, Paul Wayne Temple.
Harry is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Shirley Temple; two children, Karri (Trever) Brackett, and Tim (Elizabeth) Temple; grandchildren, Sarah Brackett, Anna Temple, Emily Temple, Abby Brackett, Joseph Temple; siblings, Jimmy (Eloyce) Temple, Dena Hall, Sue (Thomas) West, and Van (Sue) Temple; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial service will be held at Holly Springs Baptist Church, Star City, Arkansas on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 with visitation at 1:00pm and service at 2:00pm, burial will follow at Holly Springs Cemetery.
