He is preceded by his parents, Coy and Oletta Vaughan; brother, Robert Vaughan; and sister, Betty Wall.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Misty (Luke) Havens; son, Richie Vaughan; grandchildren, Trey Havens, Hunter Havens, Deanna Vaughan; sister, Aliene Eddleman; special friend, Mary; a host of family and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
