Mr. James Charles (Jim) Fulgham Sr. 73, of Hamburg died Sunday,
Aug. 5, 2012 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in
Russellville, AR.
Mr. Fulgham was born in Self Creek, MS. He was a resident of the
San Francisco Bay Area from 1956-1992, and a resident of Hamburg,
AR for the past twenty years. He was a professional truck driver,
hauling local grocery in California for United Grocers, Co-Op
Stores, and Safeway Stores while living in the Bay Area. He was
also a member of Teamsters Local 315.
He is preceded in death by his father Athur Fulgham and one
brother, Rodger Dale Fulgham.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel Fulgham, of Hamburg, AR; his
son, James Charles (Chuck) Fulgham Jr. of Greenbrier, and his
daughter, Nicole (Nikki) Davis and her husband, Daryl also of
Greenbrier. He is also survived by one brother, Dewayne Fulgham and
two sisters, Frances Barrett and Christine Wright of Hamburg.
Five grandchildren; Erin Fulgham, Heather Davis, Austin Davis,
Wyatt Davis, and Seth Davis all of Greenbrier, AR.
Seven nephews; Mike Fulgham, Terry Fulgham, and James Barrett of
Hamburg, AR. Ronald Barrett of New Liberia, LA; Anthony
Fulgham and Adam Wright of Little Rock, AR; Shane Barrett of
Hot Springs, AR. Two nieces; Heather (Wright) Reed of Little Rock,
AR and Rebecca (Wright) Leonard of Hamburg, AR and several great
nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being made through Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home
of Greenbrier, AR.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, August 10,
2012 in the chapel of Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home, Hamburg. In
