Jesse Ellison

Jesse Lee Ellison, 70 of Greenbrier, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2016. He was born in Humphrey, Arkansas to John Edward Ellison and Alta Mae Boston Ellison. Jesse lived in Cabot, Arkansas for 38 years, served in the United States Army. Jesse was a workaholic who loved to hunt and fish. He also loved his dog Izzy, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his mother and father; brother, Johnny Ray Ellison; sisters, Millie Harp, and Glenda Jo Stokes. Jesse is survived by his wife of 49 years Marilyn Jean Ellison; daughter, Audra Michele Brown and husband Erwin Brown (Greenbrier); sons, Jesse Eugene Ellison and wife Amanda Ellison (Wooster), Douglas Alan Ellison and wife Vanessa Ellison (El Paso), James Patrick Ellison and wife Lisa Ellison (Greenbrier); 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Greenbrier Church of Christ on Monday August 8, 2016 at 2:00 PM with visitation 1 hour prior, and a burial following at McGintytown Cemetery.
