Jimmy Dale Newell 72, of Bee Branch passed away June 25, 2014. He was born February 12, 1942 in Trumann, Arkansas to Willie Lee Newell and Hester Nell Tierce Newell.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Allie Novine Jensen and a brother Albert Lee Newell.
Survivors include his wife Kay Newell of Bee Branch, Arkansas, sons Rocky Newell of Dexter, Missouri, Tim Newell of Bee Branch, Arkansas and daughter Ellen Newell of Higden, Arkansas. Other survivors include sister Anna Spencer of Cabool, Missouri, brothers J.L. Newell of Madison, Nebraska, James H. Newell of Fordland, Missouri and Danny Lee Newell of Clovis, California, grandchildren Danny, Ashley A., Kaitlyn, Blake and Ashley Q., three great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday June 29, 2014 from 4pm to 6pm at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Funeral Services will be 2pm Monday June 30, 2014 at Marcus Hill Baptist Church with Bro. David Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Marcus Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Danny Abbott, Albert Ussery, Bobby Ussery, Randy Ussery, Ralph Birthen and Jerry Baird.
