John Aaron Harp 76 of Prescott died January 20, 2012. He was
born November 4, 1935 in El Paso, Arkansas to L.M. Harp and Dollie
Yancey Harp. Mr. Harp was of the Baptist faith, and a member of
Wooster First Baptist Church where he was a deacon. He was also a
Master Mason and a past member of the Wooster Volunteer Fire
Department and City Counsel.

Mr. Harp is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Yvonna
Fisher.

Survivors include his son Johnny Harp and wife Cheryl of Lowell,
daughter Theresa Brown and husband Terry of Mayflower, and former
wife Betty Harp High of Mayflower, sisters Mary Martinez of Cabot,
Juanita Scaggs of Heber Springs, brothers Gene Harp of England and
Tony Harp of England. Other survivors include grandchildren Chad
Brown, Brandon Brown, Toby Brown, Matt Harp and Kassi Harp along
with a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 6pm Sunday January 22 at
Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 10am
Monday January 23 at Wooster First Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny
Harp and Rev. Toby Brown officiating. Burial will follow in
Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Chad Brown, Brandon Brown, Toby Brown, Matt
Harp, Jeremy Newton, Gene Harp, Vernon Salters and Johnny Smith.
Honorary pallbearer will be Cliff Bailey.
