Joseph "Joe" Franklin Blair
August 3, 1957 — October 23, 2024
Joseph Franklin Blair, 67, of Greenbrier, AR went to be with our heavenly father on October 23rd, 2024. “Joe” was born on August 3rd, 1957, to the late Bernard Alton Blair and Leota Jean Altom Blair.
Joe enjoyed riding his new “modified” Harley, wood working, spending time with family and friends. Joe never met a stranger, and anyone who knew him loved him. Joe was known for lending a helping hand to anyone and everyone. Joe Blair was ALWAYS the life of the party. Joe faced many adversities in the last seven years, first losing his leg, and then having quadruple bypass surgery. Those adversities never held him back. He lived his life to the fullest every day of the week, and will be greatly missed, especially by his children.
Joe is proceeded in death by his parents, brother, Jack and sister, Laura. He is survived by his four children, two daughters, Lacey Wilson (Ryan), Katelyn Blair (Tim); two sons, Ryan Blair and Dalton Blair (Bailee); nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, sister, Kathy Felkins (David) and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends and mothers to his greatest blessings, Terry Blair and Emily Blair.
Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 1:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Wilcox Family Funeral Home with burial following to McNew Cemetery with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating.
