Joy Marlene Prudhome Gross

Memorial services for Joy Marlene Prudhome Gross, 72, will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Crosspoint Baptist Church, 48 Glenn Lane, Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058. Officiating the service will be Pastor Matt Bagby of Crosspoint Baptist Church and Pastor Darryl Creasy of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Benton, Arkansas.

Joy was born October 31, 1953, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Bennie Prudhome and Mable Louise Burr Mancil, and passed away on Friday April 3, 2026, in Greenbrier, Arkansas.

Joy is preceded in death by her father, Bennie Prudhome; mother, Mable Louise Burr Mancil; and dad, Robert G. “Bobby” Mancil, Jr. Left to continue her legacy are her children, Kelly Plante and husband Tim; and Rachel Meshell and husband Danny; grandchildren, Kane Koob, Abigayle Gross, Berlynn Plante, and Brylee Plante; brothers Steve Prudhome and wife Kathy, and Robert G. Mancil, III and wife Mary Jo, and sisters Beverly Sayers and husband Terry, Cherry Taliaferro and husband Richard, and Robin Mancil; and numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
