Kaitlyn Suzanna Ison

Kaitlyn Suzanna Ison, 23, of Conway, Arkansas, earned her angel wings on July 19, 2018 after a long courageous battle with leukemia. She was born May 5, 1995 in Conway, Arkansas; daughter of Kevin Ison of Greenbrier and Susie Gaspard of Conway. She graduated with her GED from Conway Adult Education in 2013 and worked as hostess at Mike’s Place in Conway.
Kaitlyn devoted her life to her son Beau. They enjoyed going to visit zoos, watching nature and doing dinosaur related activities. She also loved to cook new recipes. Kaitlyn was loved very much by her family and friends, who will dearly miss her beautiful smile.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, John Jerry Ison, of Greenbrier, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son Beau Ryan; Fiancé Ryan Elliott; her pug Jelly Bean; her parents Kevin and stepmother Kim Ison of Greenbrier, Susie Gaspard of Conway; sister Nikki Hoffman of Ohio; stepbrother Nick and stepsister Caitlin of Greenbrier; grandparents Joe and Sue Gaspard; grandmother Lynn Ison of Greenbrier; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers include Kevin Ison, Brian Ison, Hunter Burnett, Jake Ison, Cole Gaspard, Joey Gaspard. Honorary Pallbearers Mike’s Place Staff.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services at 1:00PM Sunday the 22nd with funeral services beginning at 2:00PM at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Grissard Cemetery in El Paso, Arkansas.
