Karen Ruby Hensley, 72, of Greenbrier went to be with the Lord on November 27, 2024. She was born in Conway, Arkansas on November 22, 1952, to Stephen Moon and Misty Taylor Moon.
She is preceded by her parents; husband, Leroy Wheeler Jr.; and sister, Carol Jo Moon.
Karen is survived by her children, Brian (Rena) Wheeler, Shannon (Perry) Casey, Greg (Becky) Wheeler; two granddaughters, Ashlyn (Jon) House, Haley Wheeler; one grandson, Shawn Wheeler; nine great grandchildren; her lifelong friend of 62 years, Donna Jones; and lifelong friends, Diane Taylor, Vicky Spears and Anita Smithhart; and a host of family and friends.
The family would like to thank Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab for all the love, prayers, support and passion they showed.
Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, December 2, 2024, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
Graveside will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Marcus Hill Cemetery with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating.
