Kelly Suzan Evans

It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of Kelly Suzan Evans. Kelly was born in Austin, TX on February 4, 1963, but grew up in Little Rock, AR.

Kelly was a loving mother who always showed up for her children, no matter what the situation. Her dedication to her family never wavered, and her love was constant, fierce, and unconditional. She was a strong woman, and while she carried her strength with her grace, her love for her family was even stronger.

She had a huge smile and a great sense of humor, often using laughter to bring comfort and light to those around her. Kelly had a way of making people feel supported simply by being present.

Kelly was a proud mother of two children, Derek Goshein and Paige Johnston; and a proud grandmother to six grandchildren; who were the absolute joy of her life and she cherished them deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nancy and Walter Johnson. Kelly’s love, strength, and spirit will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all those whose lives she touched.

Family will have a private family graveside service.
