Lana Gail Mobbs

Lana Gail Mobbs passed away from this earth to her forever home with Jesus on December 28, 2023. Lana was born on November 23, 1948, in Conway and lived in Greenbrier. She was born to Juanita Merritt Mobbs and Junior B. Mobbs.
She married Francis “Buddy” Troxell, they were married for thirty years and were blessed with two sons, Francis “Buddy Jr.” Troxell and Shane Troxell.
The family enjoyed camping and hunting in Alaska where they lived for several years, and in many parts of the United States.
Lana is preceded in death by her parents, and both her sons.
She is survived by her brother, Jimmy Mobbs; sisters, Sheila Balentine (Floyd) of Conway, Paula Griggs (Charlie) of Houston, TX, and Lydia Vogan Carter (Johnny) of Conway.
The pallbearers will be her nephews Brad Balentine, Brent Balentine, Brian Balentine, David, Blake, John Blake, Creighton Griggs, Steve Mobbs, and Taylor Carter.
A graveside service by Wilcox Family Funeral Home will be Tuesday, January 2nd at 1:00pm at Thorn Cemetery in Greenbrier.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Faulkner County Animal Shelter.
