Larry Wayne Rowlett, 73 of Greenbrier, AR passed away peacefully in his home on July 7, 2026, surrounded by his loving daughters, sons-in-law, and wife of 40 years.

Born in Beaumont, TX on October 9, 1952, he proudly served in the United States Army for three years in Germany during the Vietnam War. After returning home, he began a 30-year career with the United States Postal Service, where he served as Officer-in-Charge at post offices in Wooster, Mayflower, Vilonia, and Heber Springs, as well as Superintendent of Postal Operations in Conway. He retired in 2005, topping-off his time there as Postmaster of the Greenbrier Post Office. He then had the pleasure of working with his wife for another 20 years as Executive Broker at Rowlett Realty, Inc., where he stayed until two weeks before his passing. An avid golfer, Larry always looked forward to annual outings with his friends, recently completing a bucket list trip to Pebble Beach near Monterey, California. Above all, he loved spending time with his family at the farm, pool, and beach-- where he felt closest to the Lord and His creation.

He is preceded in death by his parents, W.D. “Dutch” Rowlett and Lois Hutchins Rowlett, as well as his brothers, Pat Rowlett and Tim Rowlett.

Left to grieve are his wife Rhonda Rowlett, daughters Casie Upton (Chad), Nikki Revels (Jerry), and Amber Crawford (Chase); grandkids Chloe Upton, Will Upton, Sam Upton, Charlotte Revels, and Silas Revels; brother Mike Rowlett (Judy), sister-in-law Terri Rowlett, brother-in-law Terry Brewer and sister-in-law Reta Brewer; nephews and nieces Luke Rowlett, Leigh Erin Stacks, Hannah Rogers, Paige Ronza, Jeff Rowlett, Amanda Murphy, and Heather Jackson.
