Luz Evelia Chavez Medina, 81, of Greenbrier went to be with the Lord, June 1, 2023. She was born August 13, 1941 in Guadalajara, Mexico to Mauricia Castorena and Alfredo Chavez.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Brothers Juan Chavez, Antonio Chavez, Jesus Chavez, Son Jorge Medina.
Luz grew up in a small town in Mexico called San Martin Hidalgo Mexico. Was a very traditional, confident and independent women. Luz loved her family but most adored babies and children and anything do with her grandkids or great-grandkids. She also loved cooking and sowing on her her free time.
She is survived by sons, Ramiro Medina Chavez, Eraclio Medina, Adalberto Medina, Maria Medina, Rodolfo Medina. Grandkids, Sandra Medina (Spouse Osiel Gutierrez) Jessica Medina, Maira Medina, Jorge Medina (Spouse Rosa Mendoza), Deisy Medina (Spouse Luis Beltran), Erick Medina (Spouse Nayeli Robles), Ruth Medina, Felipe Medina, Eduardo Medina, Rudy Medina (Spouse Marlo Medina), Brayan Medina, Alexa Medina, Estella Medina, Angeles Medina, Jorge Jr Medina, Rafael Medina. Great Grandkids Osiel Gutierrez, Raven Gutierrez, Tristan Gutierrez, Serenity Hite, Dakota, Grecia Beltran, Luca Beltran, Juleea Medina.
