Mary Ramsey

Mary Lynn Treat Ramsey, 72 of Bigflat, Arkansas, formerly of
Marianna, went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 12, 2018.
She was born September 14, 1945 in Stone County to the late Asburn
Treat, SR and Mildred Anderson Treat.
She was a retired employee of the University of Arkansas Cotton
Branch Experiment Station at Marianna.
She is survived by her son Anthony Ramsey (Cindy) of Wynne,
three daughters, Vickey Barber (Dwight) of Wynne, Melissa Thigpen
(Arnold) of Colt and Sara Lindsey (Robert) of Conway, four sisters,
Myrle Hyslip of Marianna, Lillie Ramsey of Big Flat, Tina Traylor
of Moro and Nancy Jayroe of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, five brothers,
Asburn Treat, Jr., of Edmonson, AR, Clarenace of Colt, Larry
of Grenada, MS, Rickey of Mountain View and Clayton of Marianna,
seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildlren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Janice Treat
and a brother J. C. Treat.
Funeral service will be 12:00pm Thursday, March 15, 2018
at Round Mountain Church near Big Flat with burial in Wallis
Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am till Service time,
with the Rev. Gary Anderson Officiating.
Pallbearers are Trampis McCoy, Jacob Thurmond, Daton Lindsey,
Dwight Barber II, Darrell Ramsey, Jeff Ramsey, Jason Treat and
Chris Thigpen.
