Michael Rayburn Phillips, 71, of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away on August 14, 2021. He was born in Conway, Arkansas on July 19, 1950 to Carl and Loretta Phillips.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Loretta Phillips; daughter, Brenda Markcum; stepson, Eric Simmons.
Michael is survived by his wife, Reba Phillips; children, Tonia Markcum and husband Jamie, Debra Schafer and husband John, Vivian Markcum, Selena Phillips, and Michael Phillips Jr.; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
Graveside will be at 10:00am on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Higden McLehaney Cemetery.
