Michael Victor Polak, 71, of Mountain Home passed away on May
29, 2018. He was born on August 30, 1946 to the late Victor Polak,
in New York, New York. Michael served in the Air Force, and
Sea Lift Command. He fought in Vietnam, Desert Storm, and Desert
Shield. Michael is survived by his children, Brian Polak (Laguna
Hills, CA), and Christina Treece (Searcy, AR); two grandchildren
Alexis Polak, and Austin Polak. Visitation will be held on Sunday,
June 3, 2018 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at Bishop-Crites Funeral Home. A
graveside service will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:00AM
at Crestlawn Cemetery in Conway.
