Nadia Meadows Bass

Nadia Meadows Bass of Conway passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the age of 94. Nadia was born on December 8, 1924 to the late Filmore and Helen Meadows in Monroe, Louisiana. Nadia was preceded in death by her parents and only sister, Betty Atkinson and brother in law Sam Atkinson. She is survived by one son, Jim Bass of Dallas, Texas, one daughter, Mary Helen Mills (Mark) of Conway and only grandchild Grant Bass Goodwin of Conway, along with a host of family and friends. She was a retired elementary/science teacher. She was a graduate of Hot Springs High School and the University of Arkansas, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. Reading and bridge were her favorite pastimes. Special thanks to Melissa Hight home for comfort and care.
