Osbie Earl Davis, 82, of Greenbrier, went to be with the Lord on June 28, 2025. Osbie was born on November 22, 1942, in Conway, AR to the late Osbie and Jessie Faye Davis.
Osbie loved to hunt, fish, rodeo, and bird hunt. He worked for Coleman Dairy as a sales supervisor for over 45 years. He was a cattle farmer and enjoyed tending to a community garden to share with everyone. One of Osbie’s favorite past times was catching things on fire; he was a self-proclaimed, "professional pyro" and had to call the fire department frequently. One of the most important things to Osbie was his hair, he was so proud of having a full head of hair and made sure it looked good all the time. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and attended LifeSong Baptist Church very faithfully. One of his favorite past times was drinking coffee with the guys at the local gas station. Osbie was the best daddy to his kids; his face would light up when anyone mentioned Beth or Jeremy. He was so proud of them and supported them in everything they did.
He is survived by his kids, Beth and Jeremy (Mallory); brother, Kary (Nancy); the mother of his children, Jean Ann Lee; and a whole community of friends that were considered family.
There will be a funeral service in his honor on Tuesday, July 1st, at LifeSong Baptist Church at 10:00 am; with a burial following at Bethlehem Cemetery. With a visitation Monday, June 30th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at LifeSong as well.
