Patricia Frances Mackmull
January 11, 1929 — March 6, 2024
Patricia Frances Mackmull, 95, of Conway, Arkansas and Hobe Sound, Florida, died peacefully on March 6, 2024.
She was born January 11, 1929, in New York City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Teresa (Frank) and Fred W. Mackmull Sr. and, her brother Fred W. (Mack) Mackmull Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are second cousins, Joan Riise Feldberg (Lenny) of Fountain, Michigan, Jean Riise Leffler (David) of Conway, and Mark Riise (Julianne) of Greenacres, Florida, and a family of third cousins.
Patricia began her education in one room school house in up-state New York, graduated in 1946 from Mary Louis Academy in Jamaica, New York. After attending business school, she found office work then became a model and later worked in the fur-market. In 1958, Patricia left the north for warm and sunny Florida. There she had a variety of careers such as, airline stewardess, real estate agent, banking, hotel management, and even owned a retail clothing shop in Ft. Lauderdale. Later in life, when asked what her favorite job was, she quipped, “Retirement!”
Patricia’s service will be held in the chapel of St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1115 College Avenue, Conway on March 20, 2024. Rosary and visitation at 10:00, Mass at 11:00. Interment will be in St. Joseph cemetery.
