Patsy Story
August 17, 1954 — December 26, 2024
Patsy Story, 70, of Greenbrier, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on December 26, 2024. Patsy was the youngest child of the late Joy Petty and Gerald Robinson and was born on August 17, 1954 in Conway, Arkansas.
She graduated from Conway high school and years later married Merrell Story on December 22, 1989. She began working at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance in 2003, and became a very diligent employee.
Patsy was preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Keathley and Alice Martin.
She is survived by her husband, Merrell Story; her brother, Harold Robinson; her daughters, Jennifer Whitley (Shannon), Shera Worm (Michael), Melissa Story; and her son, Derek Sadiq. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Keaton Whitley, Halle Whitley, Holden Whitley, Maleah Cook, Adien Cook, Kaya Kirby, and Kolby Moore.
Patsy enjoyed nothing more than creating memories with her children, grandchildren, and friends. Throughout her life, she took great care of her family and those around her. She was known as “Nana P” by some of her greatest joys.
The family wishes to honor the life of Patsy Story on December 31, 2024 as visitation will be at 10:00am, with service following at 11:00 am located at the Robinson & Center Church of Christ in Conway, Arkansas. And burial following at Culpepper Mountain in Clinton, Arkansas.
