Patsy Stephenson

Patsy Lou Stephenson 71 of Quitman died August 10, 2012. She was
born June 28, 1941 in Quitman, Arkansas to Dell Vernon Ward and
Nellie Melvina Johnston Ward. Mrs. Stephenson was of the Baptist
faith and a member of Sardis Free Will Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons Mark Manning
and Randy Higdon, brothers Jesse Ward and Elva Ward, sisters Reba
Gilmore, Georgia Banister, Linda Gattis, Melba Debusk and Wilma
McDaniel.

Survivors include husband Jerry Stephenson, sons Gary Manning
and Stan Higdon, daughters Karen McPherson and Robin Manning. Other
survivors include brother J.L. Ward, and two grandchildren along
with a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday August 12, 2012 from 9am to 8pm at
Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home in Greenbrier, with family receiving
friends from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral services will be 2pm Monday August
13, 2012 at Sardis Free Will Baptist church with Bro. Wesley Watts
officiating. Burial will follow at Beryl Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Teddy Hooten, Ernie Hooten, Dylan Aslakson,
Zach Jeansonne and Caleb Higdon.
