Racheal Danielle Johnson, 44, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away on July 13, 2025. She was born in Conway, Arkansas on January 4, 1981, to Dennis Keith Mode and Joyce Ann Mode.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Mode; grandparents, Buel Carr, Julia Mode, Faber Mode and numerous aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her father, Keith Mode; two children, Ty (Jennie) Sturgeon, and Hannah Sturgeon; siblings, Brad (Julie) Mode, Laura (Tyler) Mode, and Brandon (Jordan) Mode; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be at 1:00pm on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Wilcox Family Funeral Home.
