Ralph Harry Barge
February 20, 1947 — January 24, 2024
Ralph Harry Barge, 76 of Damascus, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2024. He was born in Pipestone, Minnesota on February 20, 1947. He is the last surviving son of Harry and Leona Barge.
Ralph served in the United States Air Force for 4 years during the Vietnam War. Ralph was good with his hands, he loved tinkering and building things out of metal or wood. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling and most of all spending time with his family. He was a mentor to many kids through the years. Ralph was a man of faith. He loved his church family and volunteered with the Nail Benders.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Melba; children, Jesse (Caren) Barge, Amy (Stuart) Dixon; sisters, Doris Weatherford, Margaret Motley; a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:30pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Funeral is at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with burial following to Pine Mountain Cemetery.
