Roberta Louise Duncan, daughter of Marvin and Kathyrn Elkins, was born August 11, 1964 and passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, AR on November 9, 2023 at the age of 59.
She enjoyed to rodeo as a kid. She liked to craft and listen to music. She loved fishing, and spending time with her grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son Joseph Elkins. Roberta is survived by her son Lee Allen Duncan, grandson Hadyn Duncan, longtime partner Andrew Lee, cousin Kimberly Rowlett (John), many cousins and friends that she thought as family.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Wilcox Family Funeral Home in Greenbrier, with visitation at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Goodloe Cemetery near Quitman.
